What’s a road trip without a little drama? With one less tyre and a few new hats, the AUBuckets crew rolled into the iconic Mullewa Muster & Rodeo—and what a weekend it turned out to be!

The Journey: Flat Tyre, Full Spirits

Our trip up to Mullewa wasn’t without its hiccups. Somewhere between Perth and the red dirt roads of the Midwest, we copped a busted tyre. But with a bit of teamwork (and maybe a few laughs), we got back on track and made it just in time for the legendary sausage sizzle. Nothing like a snag in bread to kick off a country event!

The Main Event: Rodeo Action & Community Vibes

The Mullewa Muster & Rodeo is a true-blue celebration of WA’s outback spirit. From heart-stopping rodeo action to live music and whip-cracking fun, there was never a dull moment. We set up our AUBuckets stall, dusted off our new hats, and met some fantastic folks—locals, visitors, and fellow stallholders alike.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall for a yarn, a look at our gear, or just to say g’day. We loved sharing what AUBuckets is all about—and hearing your stories too! The energy, support, and genuine community spirit made it a weekend to remember.

Until Next Year…

We might have left Mullewa with one less tyre, but we gained a heap of memories and a few new friends. Thanks to the organisers, the incredible crowd, and everyone who made the Muster such a ripper event.
