Shipping Policy

    • AU Buckets does not handle shipping unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or contracting a shipping agent at their own expense.
  2. Shipping Agent Recommendations
    • Local and long-haul freight company options are provided on product listings to assist customers in coordinating their transport needs.
  3. Pickup Details
    • Equipment can be collected directly from our designated location during business hours. Please confirm collection details upon purchase.
  4. Tracking and Responsibility
    • AU Buckets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors like weather.
  5. Delivery Discrepancies
    • Customers must inspect goods upon arrival and report any damages or missing items within 48 hours.

Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage
    • All new items come with a 3-month structural warranty, covering defects or failures under normal use and conditions.
    • The warranty applies only when attachments is used as intended and as specified by AU Buckets.
  2. Exclusions
    • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damages resulting from unauthorised modifications or improper use. Used items are also excluded.
  3. How to Make a Claim
    • Contact AU Buckets with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Returns and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
    • Customised or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  2. Return Process
    • Contact our team to initiate a return request. Include the original order number and reason for the return.
    • Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs if the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  3. Refunds
    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns.
  4. Defective or Damaged Goods
    • Items damaged during transit or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
